1. Booking Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the arcueve.it website and define the relationship between the guest making a reservation (hereinafter “Guest”) and the Arcuève accommodation, operated by Arcuève, with its registered office at Via Cavalieri di Vittorio Veneto, 30 – 72017 Ostuni (BR), VAT number 03020800730.
The website serves as a presentation and booking platform for the listed accommodation.
Online reservations are managed through the external Kross Booking platform or connected integrated systems.
By completing a booking through this site, the Guest confirms they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
2. Property Type
Arcuève specializes in short-term rentals and the management of tourist properties, fully compliant with all relevant national and regional regulations for each type of accommodation.
3. Booking Options
Through the online booking system on the Website, guests can instantly check availability, pricing, and terms for rooms or accommodations.
A reservation is confirmed only after:
- completing the booking process;
- any required payment has been made;
- receipt of the booking confirmation email.
Guests are responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process.
4. Rates and Payment Options
Rates displayed on the website are quoted in Euros and may vary depending on the season, availability, and the selected offer type.
Payment can be made using one or more of the following methods, depending on the chosen rate:
- online credit or debit card
- bank transfer
- payment at the property
- deposit confirmation
Please note that payment options and any specific terms are subject to the selected rate and booking timing.
Guests are advised to carefully review the payment conditions outlined during the booking process.
5. Tourist Tax
Where applicable by the municipality, the tourist tax must be paid directly at the property in accordance with local regulations.
6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate selected at the time of booking.

- Non-refundable rates
Specific terms for cancellations, modifications, or refunds are clearly outlined at booking and confirmed in your email confirmation.
In the event of a no-show, the property reserves the right to charge the amount specified under the booked rate conditions.
7. Arrival and Departure Procedures
Unless otherwise specified by the property, standard check-in hours are from 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM, with check-out by 10:00 AM.
Requests for early check-in or late check-out must be arranged in advance with the property and are subject to availability.
Guests are required to present a valid ID for each occupant upon check-in, in compliance with Italian regulations for reporting to public security authorities.
8. Number of Guests
The number of guests staying in the accommodation must not exceed the amount specified in the booking.
Any additional guests require prior approval from the property.
9. Security Deposit
Some properties may require a security deposit to cover any potential damages to the accommodation.
When applicable, the amount and payment details of the security deposit will be provided during booking or communicated prior to check-in.
The deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay following a thorough inspection of the property.
10. Property Guidelines
Guests agree to use the property and shared spaces with the utmost care and respect for community guidelines.
The following are strictly prohibited:
- disturbing other guests or residents;
- using the accommodation for illegal activities;
- damaging furnishings, equipment, or common areas.
Any damage incurred during the stay will be charged to the guest.
11. Pets
Pets are welcome upon prior approval from the property. If accepted, an additional fee of €50 per pet per stay applies and must be paid separately from the reservation rate.
12. No Smoking Policy
Unless otherwise specified, smoking is prohibited inside the accommodations and all indoor areas of the property.
13. Waste Separation and Recycling
Guests are kindly asked to follow local waste sorting regulations, adhering to guidelines provided by the property or the local municipality.
14. Disclaimer of Liability
The property is not liable for:
- theft or loss of personal belongings;
- temporary service interruptions such as water, electricity, gas, or internet that are beyond the property’s control;
- force majeure events that may disrupt or limit your stay.
15. Privacy Policy
Personal data is processed in full compliance with current data protection regulations (EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR).
The information provided by the guest will be used solely for managing the reservation and fulfilling all legal requirements.
16. Competent Jurisdiction
The User grants the Company permission to process and share their personal data with third parties solely for purposes related to the management of the services provided and in compliance with current data protection laws (Legislative Decree 196/2003 and subsequent amendments).
Any disputes arising from the use of the website or services offered will be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the court in the city where the Company’s registered office is located.
